Seeding
What Makes Our Seeding Different?
✔ Certified Grass Seed
We use premium, certified tall fescue blends designed for durability and strong performance in residential lawns.
✔ Best Time to Seed
Fall is the ideal season for overseeding, especially when paired with aeration, as cooler temperatures and moist soil create perfect germination conditions. Spring overseeding is also available.
✔ Our Overseeding Process
After aerating your lawn, we spread a premium seed blend matched to your soil and climate. Aeration opens the ground, allowing seed-to-soil contact for faster, more successful germination.
Lawn Aeration
Aeration is a key lawn care service that removes small plugs of soil, leaving them on the surface. This process opens pathways for air, water, and nutrients to reach the roots, encouraging deeper, stronger growth and a healthier lawn overall.
We use a stand-on aerator with hydraulic down pressure, capable of pulling 3–4” plugs (depending on soil conditions). For hard-to-reach areas and backyards with gates narrower than 48”, we also use a professional-grade walk-behind aerator to ensure every lawn gets the same quality results.
Benefits of Aeration
Relieves soil compaction
Improves nutrient and water absorption
Encourages deeper root development
Enhances lawn health, thickness, and appearance
Best Timing for Aeration
Over time, soil naturally compacts, making it harder for grass roots to get the air, water, and nutrients they need. Aeration relieves this compaction, giving your lawn the “breathing room” it needs to thrive.
Best Timing for Aeration
Spring: April 1st – May 15th (before summer heat sets in)
Fall: September 1st – mid-October (ideal for recovery and growth)
We recommend at least one aeration per year, though many homeowners choose both spring and fall for maximum results.
